Class Descriptions
Yoga - Experience for yourself the overall health benefits of this ancient practice. Using the breath and simple poses to tone and shape body, improve strenth, flexibility, mental clarity and reduce stress.
Hot Yoga - The room is heated to warm and relax the entire body, promoting suppleness and the release of toxins. (Previous Yoga recommended).
Ashtanga Yoga - Practiced in seguential order, gradually leads the practitioner to rediscovering their fullest potential on all levels.
Hatha Basics - Start with the basics, combining breath control and postures. For beginners, seniors, and those who'd like to deepen their practice.
Vinyasa Yoga - Poses flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath.
Yoga 101 - Learn how to become the master of your own mind. Yoga 101 is a 4 week course for students wishing to learn the basic and fundamental principles of vinyasa style yoga class.
Therapeutic Yoga - A blend of gentle and restorative yoga concentration on the breath work and meditation. This class is great for beginners, seniors, those recovering or suffering from a physical condition such as back pain, scoliosis, arthritis, fibromyalgia, etc.
YogaButt - As seen in SELF, FITNESS & FIT Magazines! Tighter butt, thighs & stronger core.
YogaSculpt - Get ready to strengthen your mind and body. Yoga postures using hand weights. This class is open to everyone, even those who don't practice yoga.
Pilates - A series of challenging and effective exercises that will sculpt your midsection, build long lean muscles and improve posture.
Hot Yoga Express - Short on time? This hot practice can fit everyone's busy schedule. (45 minutes)
Cycling - A challenging work out using indoor cycling bikes to build cardio strength and endurance. Be ready to sweat!
Sculpt - Build muscular strength and endurance by using light hand weights, medicine balls or tubing. Awesome benefits. Tones the body, increases metabolism, aids in the prevention of osteoporosis. Great way to tone the body.
Scuplt with a Punch! - Sculpt class incorporating upper jabs, hooks, and other boxing moves to get you in the best shape ever!
There are 30, 45, 50, 90 minute classes to fit your schedule! Great workout every time! You'll be astonished what you can accomplish in 30-45 minutes!
